Purchased new 2016 Honda Civic I brought my 2014 Honda Civic ( that I bought new here ) in for a routine maintenance, and drove away with a new car. While waiting for my car to be s I brought my 2014 Honda Civic ( that I bought new here ) in for a routine maintenance, and drove away with a new car. While waiting for my car to be serviced I looked at the new 2016 Honda Civic, it was a sharp looking car. They changed the whole look from the 2014 I had, sporty looking, more room and features. I was introduced to Jonathan Martinez - Relationship Manager who was GREAT and pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me two cars one gray and one dark blue. I've always had either black, gray or silver cars in the past and chose the dark blue. While waiting for the paper work to go through Jonathan bought me lunch there ( I had a Cuban sandwich ) .Before I even finished my sandwich the paper work was done. Chris Shotwell - Financial Service Manager walked me through the paper work and made the whole process quick and stress free. Before I knew it my new car was detailed and ready for me.
