No Need for Nervousness nor Doubt at Brandon Honda I happened upon our salesman, Eddie Guadalupe, while looking for a place to park and my experience went up from there!! A more helpful and personable salesman is rare...Eddie put us at ease (we'd had our car for 16 years and were nervous about getting a new one) and helped us find exactly what we really and truly wanted---a 2016 Honda CR-V! He walked me through how to use all the buttons and such and even put my phone into the car (Bluetooth?). He was wonderful!! Very honest, very understanding...very everything you'd want in a salesperson!! His manager, Tray Bournazian, came to greet us and when we went to finances, Chris Shotwell was very personable, helpful, and fully explained everything to us. Everyone we dealt with was what you'd hope for! I hadn't been to this dealership since the mid 90's but since the new management took over, I know this will be our car dealership from here on out. Thank you, Brandon Honda, for a most wonderful experience! More

Jackie is the one that will get you in a car that you really like and still be happy with how much you are paying. I took my dad and he said that he will only be taking a look and checking out the possible payments. BUT Jackie was very patient and convinced him (which is hard to do!) to put the money into this car and make the transaction on that same day. Chris Shotwell was also very helpful. He took care of the process of financing and made it easier than it seemed to me. I highly recommend going there for your next car purchase! More

But today I bought a car from SUPER SALESMAN STANLEY Monroe; his positive, lighthearted, upbeat attitude has changed my view. He is genuine, i truly believe that he was almost as excited as we were. He enjoys his profession and it shows. His price was fair and processing was smooth and the fastest ive ever experienced. Chris in processing was not pushy with the ADD ONs, he explained all the options, but let us choose what we thought was best. After leaving in my new beauty, we notice a brake light was out, we drove right back and Tyler in the service deptartment greeted me professionally, made eye contact, fixed the issue within 20 minutes, washed the car again and brought it to the front door for me. I am very detail orientation and look for good customer service, i found a winner with Ron and his AMAZING this team. I hope all future visits are as fun as today was.
