I told her what I was looking for and shared with her that I would have limited time. Priscilla listened. When I arrived she was ready for me. She had a car out front, paperwork prepped and I drove my beautiful new Odyssey off the lot 3 hours later...on a very busy day at the dealership. That is a new personal best for me when it comes to car shopping. Priscilla is a true professional. She bought us lunch while we waited and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I got the deal I wanted and will definitely be setting an appointment with her again when we're ready to buy our next Honda. Thank you, Priscilla. More

Chris Weiss was our main point of contact, and his low-pressure approach and willingness to cater the experience to our needs was a revelation. Honda would do well to have him teach classes to the other dealerships in the area! Chris Shotwell and Dan Jordy were also a pleasure to deal with. At other dealerships I've had very "difficult" (read: nightmare) experiences with managers and finance staff, even with great credit. Chris and Dan knew their business and didn't try to push anything on us. Not much more you could ask for there. As long as Brandon Honda keeps great individuals like Chris Weiss on their staff I will be using them for all of my purchases and service. More

My husband and I met Stanley and were immediately made to feel comfortable and not rushed to make any buying decisions. Information about the cars we were interested in viewing, was shared and demonstrated for us. It took sometime to see all our choices at the dealership. Stanley presented the Honda cars and all they had to offer. His warm personality and enthusiasm for the Honda product was just right. Price negotiations ensued with management and a deal was made! The initial offer was not one we could consider, so as we left the dealership, the manager on duty, managed to stop us and requested a second chance to revisit the offer. We went back in to the showroom and after some additional conversation a new offer was made which we excepted. The car was detailed, Stanley instructed us on the features of the car! A great ride home in the new car with a smiling woman enjoying the night time breezes coming through the "open sun roof". A very happy customer enjoying driving their new car. More

My Internet Sales Manager, Don Negri, was accommodating through the entire process. I didn't even get "passed around" which is typical when purchasing a vehicle. Don was my only point of contact, besides the wonderful and effervescent Allison Westrate in the Service Department. Allison took my initial request, and had Don work with me to secure my purchase. The Synergystic experience I had with both of them was very positive and seamless. I could go on and on, it's all about building relationships, and through that you earn trust, and then guidance. I experienced all of this with both Allison, and with Don. Hats off to these two "superstars" at Brandon Honda. Now I know I have a person I can trust in both the Service, and the Sales Department. Kudos to both of them!!!! Oops, forgot Chris Shotwell, he had me in and out in under 45 minutes. And that Ouiji Board on his desk he works with is awesome as well. More

Tony Townsend did a great job! My wife and I were in Brandon and decided that we would just stop in for a test drive in the honda civic touring. Her lease was almost up and she was ready for a new car. After test driving the car Tony took us inside to show us the numbers. I was not buying that day. While we were in the negotiating process Tony offered us lunch. That in itself was awesome. We actually went over numbers while we were eating. After finding out the prices we let them know we were going to head home and think it over. It did not so there Tony went back one more time. He came back with a better number than i expected. So for the first time ever I actually signed for the car that day. My wife is very happy in her new car and I will be going back to buy a CRV when the 2017s are released. Brandon Honda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Also the finance part was a breeze. Chris Shotwell kept his word and got us in and out. He made the experience that much easier. We even received a video tonight from Tony telling us thank you for our business. 3 managers also came out and thanked us for our business. If you need a new Honda make sure you give Brandon Honda a chance. Oh and before I forget every person in that dealership that walked by us spoke and said hello. They truly make you feel comfortable in there. More
