This is my family’s 9th Toyota since 2002. All from Ed Martin. Every sale was a positive experience. The sales team and back office are efficient. Pricing is more than fair. Every car has performed well, each driven in excess of 150,000 miles with no issues beyond routine maintenance. My salesman this time was Chris Seymour. He found the Corolla Cross I wanted and got it on the timeline he promised, maintaining regular updates on order status. No pressure of any sort. Chris was great to work with. I appreciated the communication throughout the delivery process and not feeling pressured or rushed with my purchase. The accident damage to the front bumper and side were not noted as unrepaired and there were no pictures showing it. Also, no one seemed to realize that the van was missing the middle set and in the second r noted as unrepaired and there were no pictures showing it. Also, no one seemed to realize that the van was missing the middle set and in the second row. Not noting this information upfront kind of rubbed me the wrong way. That being said, they did do a lot of maintenance items to the car that gave me confidence to purchase the vehicle. More

I had been looking for a vehicle for over a month with no luck. Other dealerships seemed like they had no interest in helping me and I was about to give up until I stumbled on Ed Martin Toyota online. I was luck. I was hesitant since it was about an hour away from me but I'm so glad I made the choice to give them a shot. Chris Seymour was great from the start. He listened to what I had to say and answered any questions I had. He was able to help me get into a new vehicle in no time.
