Matt will call you “poor” if you’re not part of his preferred customer demographic. Honestly, it’s the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Alex will submit paperwork with the incorrect information. It’s been two months and they refuse to even show proof that parts are even ordered. They will deny all of my claims because they have no integrity. Do yourself a favor and just drive past this dealer. More

The experience with Volkswagen staff has been incredibly disappointing. Once the sale is made, their attitude shifts completely. They become arrogant, rude, and dismissive—acting as if answering a simple qu disappointing. Once the sale is made, their attitude shifts completely. The cockiness and unprofessionalism from the staff are shocking, especially considering how friendly and helpful they are before the purchase.
