His passion for cars and e-commerce became his catalyst into becoming one of the many outstanding sales agents for DLR. Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. I can’t rant or rave enough over this dealership but this dealer in particular. Miss Blanca is the epitome of customer care and consideration. After a long hunt for the right match, I recently purchased a 4Runner from Chris at Dallas Lease Returns. Being from the Saint Louis area, I was a bit concerned about purchasing a vehicle from afar. purchased a 4Runner from Chris at Dallas Lease Returns. Being from the Saint Louis area, I was a bit concerned about purchasing a vehicle from afar. Chris took the time to understand my concerns and was able to relieve a lot of anxiety. He took the time to perform a thorough “walk around” video. He pointed out the minor blemishes as well as hi-lighted items that were in above average condition on the vehicle. He gave me contacts to 4 different area shops to get a pre-purchase inspection. After everything checked out to be in good order, I had a family member who lives in the area come and put a second set of eyes on the vehicle. My cousin isn’t easily impressed. He thought highly of Chris and Dallas Lease Returns’ facility. Chris did an excellent job in communicating throughout the buying process, making this a very smooth transaction. He is easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even took the time to make sure I made it home safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with Chris and Dallas Lease Returns to a friend, family member or client of mine. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
