An amazing dealership that was right under my nose! We were in an unfortunate situation where out car that we had for only 4 months was in an accident and listed as totaled. The process for looking for a car is already a pain due to making sure you have the funds and then having to deal with the dealership yet again. I used my insurances special site to go through available options out there and ran into a vehicle at Dallas Lease Returns. At first glance your instinct would be "Hey, this doesn't look like a normal brand dealership so be cautious." Sent in a quote request and customized the message letting know that we had no money to put down and we really needed payments at a certain amount. Enter Chris Mikell at Dallas Lease Return. This guy is no joke amazing to work with. Not only did he call me the same day but he basically made me go from freaking out about needing to find a car ASAP to making me feel as comfortable as possible. He was in communication through the whole process, put me at a priority one any time I needed him and got me through the process without trying to add in a whole bunch sales pitch stuff. The place is amazing not just because of Chris but also because of the way they handle the sales of their inventory. No joke I wish I was able to trade my other car in NOW and look at what they got because the car we ended up with was at a better price, better condition and had more with it. Not saying everyone will be able to find the same situation BUT you are probably guaranteed to get the best of what you are looking for. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new vehicle and don't be afraid to let, whoever you end up working with, help you out. Big thank you to you Chris!!! One of the best car buying experiences ever I found several vehicles online that were just what we wanted and at a very fair price. Instead of filling out the online contact info, we just showe I found several vehicles online that were just what we wanted and at a very fair price. Instead of filling out the online contact info, we just showed up. It was New Year's Eve. Not sure what to expect, we we're pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the showroom. In no time we were greeted by Chris. We told him which vehicles we had come to see. Both vehicles were even better then they looked online. After a test drive we got down to business. In no time at all we were driving away in a top of the line SUV. Oh, and when we got home we noticed a problem with one of the tires. I snapped a pic and sent it to Chris. By this time they were closed and I did not expect a response till Tuesday due to the holiday. But I heard from Chris on Monday. And by Tuesday it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Dallas Lease Return. We love our new vehicle. More

I went to a couple of dealerships and it was the typical long process of manually filling out surveys ("What do you like most about your current car?... "What do you like least?"), talking to managers, going to see cars that were no longer there. It was painful, and slow. Dallas Lease Returns, and Chris Mikell specifically was very responsive to my online request on a Sunday (even though they were closed), and communicated the availability of the car so I could come drive it. He quickly got us into the car to drive when we arrived at the dealership, answered our questions and we finalized the purchase. I loved the no pressure approach, their use of technology to speed up the process...I didn't even have to talk to his manager! More
