I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I remember and I have bought a good number of autos. Great selection of vehicles as well as great prices. Easy Peezy (Out of State Purchase) I live in Los Angeles and couldn't find the exact 4Runner I wanted West of the Mississippi. Until it appeared on Cars.Com at Dallas Lease Returns (DLR I live in Los Angeles and couldn't find the exact 4Runner I wanted West of the Mississippi. Until it appeared on Cars.Com at Dallas Lease Returns (DLR). I'm not gonna lie, I was a little skeptic of buying out of State and not seeing/driving the vehicle first. I told myself the only way I'd do it, is if the dealership had stellar reviews. Which, DLR did from every review site I could find (Yelp, Google, etc). I called and was connected with Chris, who within 5 minutes of talking with him, earned my trust and made me feel at ease. Zero "pushy-ness", straight forward and made me feel like he was working for me, instead of the other way around. He was extremely prompt through email and phone calls and guided me step by step on what needed to be done. He sent me a fantastic email with recommendations on inspection companies and exactly what to expect, from the most expensive and detailed inspections to a more practical overall inspection. It was perfect. He contacted a shipping company for me and got me a quote without having to do a thing. What's great about Chris is, not only did I appreciate the way he did business but everyone else I contacted (Inspection company, Shipping Company) only had nice things to say about him as well. Very reassuring. To wrap this love fest for Chris up, I had some issues with my Credit Union not doing their job and Chris made a few phone calls and whipped them in shape, so I didn't have to. What a guy! I received my 4Runner and it's everything I wanted. Perfect actually. 5 Stars for DLR and, 5 Stars for Chris. If I'm ever in Dallas, I'm stopping by and buying that man a beer when he gets off work. More

Im form out of state so I had to fly into Dallas and was even picked up by the salesman, once arrived at the dealership all I had to do was look over the vehicle and test drive it, after that I was given the keys and drive it back home 7 hrs away. Best experience ever I recommend them for anything your looking for. More
