Wow!! Great selection of cars. Had exactly what we were looking for, and spoke to Chris Mikell. He was upfront, honest, and no pressure. We weren’t able to put together a deal on the Explorer we wanted bec looking for, and spoke to Chris Mikell. He was upfront, honest, and no pressure. Friendly, professional. I have had a good experience overall. Chris wasn't able to answer all of my questions about the car, but I would've appreciated if he found them himself instead of asking me to f overall. Besides that, he was courteous, had good attention to detail, and followed up with my after-purchase concerns diligently. As young buyers, we are often brushed aside and not taken very seriously. This experience was completely the opposite of what we’ve ever seen before!
