Last month, my wife and I decided it was time to get a safer vehicle that was newer and more fuel efficient, as we are expecting our firstborn son in February 2014. In our search through local dealerships and online, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience with the freindly Chris Marshall at Taylor's Auto Max. In hearing our decision to make a purchase in a timely manner, he definitely worked hard to get us what we needed in a hurry. And in a no pressure way, we were shown several options regarding how to proceed. And on our request to finance in our own way, Chris was respectful of that decision, and patient with the bank we work with. A year or two ago, while still a single man, I purchased from Chris an SUV that I was very pleased with. His honesty and integrity was a soothing to the stressful situation that is buying a first car. Now although he doesn't work at that exact dealership any longer, I walked away feeling good about my decision, and remembered the niceness of working with him, and looked forward to the next time he and I would meet. The dealership was also a very easy place to do business as well. Very pleased to take our business, Mr. Taylor was also a very memorable experience. So knowing the personality and honesty of both Chris and Taylor's to be a great benefit to me and my family, I would like to recommend to anyone considering Taylor's Auto Max to seek the help of Chris Marshall. More

We came in to trade in 2 vehicles on 2 different vehicles. The first, a truck, was an easy find. Found a great vehicle that fit what we wanted for a truck perfectly. Chris and Trent were so great to work with. They were patient, honest and never got frustrated with us. We ended up with 2 vehicles we really love! More

Our experience with Taylor's Auto Max was excellent. Matt, the salesman that I had been emailing before I came in that day was not there but Chris stepped in and dealing with him was great. Chris Marshall went out of his way to help us. He helped us negotiate a price, prepared the new car and took care of the old.
