I bought a used car right after it was traded in and Chris was very communicative, letting me know the status of the car as it was detailed and serviced before pick up. The car I purchased qualified for the Honda Certified True Used warranty which gives me even more confidence in my purchase. Everyone I came in contact with, from the sales lot to the general manager, was relaxed and friendly, resulting in a no pressure atmosphere where I felt comfortable to take my time to look, think, and ask all my questions. While sitting alone, waiting for Chris to get paperwork around, the music was great and anyone not with another customer casually chatted with each other and me, giving me the impression they enjoyed being there. I plan to have this car for many years, and when the time comes for a new one, I will reach out to Chris again. More
