I was on the market for a hybrid SUV and narrowed it down to 3 different makes/models. This is the first time I ever considered a Kia. Chris Kreft understood exactly what I was looking for, provided great to 3 different makes/models. This is the first time I ever considered a Kia. Chris Kreft understood exactly what I was looking for, provided great insight and was very knowledgable of the Kia I was considering. The vehicle was not available in the showroom at that time, however, he showed me another one that was very similar and explained what I could expect. He made me feel comfortable and confident that the safety features, warranty and fuel efficiency in the Kia was everything I was looking for. It wasn't in the color I preferred, however, he helped me envision what it would look like. When it was delivered, he was very patient and explained all the features and answered all my questions before I left the lot. I even loved the color! Overall, I would highly recommend Chris to anyone that is considering a Kia and I give him all the credit on my Kia purchase. Thanks again Chris! As for the dealership, due to the current economic times, I would be prepared to encounter a dealer markup MSRP adjustment and additional Raymond Pro Pack during the purchase agreement. More
