The delivery manager explained our options and I felt as though I was being educated and not being pressured into buying a service so they could make an extra buck. The finance manager explained the benefits of additional coverage and again, no pressure and we felt we made an informed decision. It was great to see how everyone that I met and spoke with at the dealership, i.e., David Rich, Tony Kouretas, David Cooper and Scott Struthers, enjoyed and appreciated working at Raymond Kia. Scott was especially helpful as well, as he was my initial contact in my purchase. It is very obvious that the customer is their number one priority and very apparent that the dealership has a great culture, given my observation on how the staff was working together in regards to my purchase. This has been my second experience in purchasing a vehicle from this family of dealerships and in both situations, my experience was the same including the upfront and transparent pricing. I mention this because in my search for the K9 at other KIA dealerships, three others in total, this was the farthest from the truth. I would highly recommend making Raymond Kia and their family of dealerships your choice for the purchase of a car. More
