We just purchased a certified pre-owned Sorento from Raymond Kia. I dealt with Chris and Frank (manager). When I first arrived to test drive, they were not prepared for the appointment. Couldn’t find the key, the car had not been cleaned out at all, etc. Once all of that got sorted out, however, they were great to work with. Both Chris and Frank are friendly and helpful, and made efforts to make sure we ended up satisfied. And we did. We feel we got a good deal on a great certified used car, and the process was pretty painless. I would buy again from Raymond Kia. More
