Chris Kavadas came from his home in St Louis on his day off to make sure my new truck would be ready for me to take home. Then he ordered running boards, a bed cover and body molding that I wanted installe off to make sure my new truck would be ready for me to take home. All around a great experience!! Chris Kavadas was our salesperson but I wouldn’t put it in that manner Chris was our friend I’ve never met the man in my life but during the whole experience he made it fe salesperson but I wouldn’t put it in that manner Chris was our friend I’ve never met the man in my life but during the whole experience he made it feel like we have known him our whole life he was very professional but went out of his way to look at things from all angles and really understand our circumstance we went into the dealership to inquire what it would take us to get a vehicle me and my wife don’t have great credit but we don’t have horrible credit with that said we went into this dealership knowing we wouldn’t leave with a vehicle, but the professionalism and patience and understanding that Chris showed along with the finance department was top notch we have bought all of our brand new vehicles in the past from a Nissan dealership because we like to keep our loyalty but Weber Chevrolet went above and beyond in ways that Nissan were not able to deliver in the past and were able to get our family a very much needed dependable vehicle! With this dealership being in the city I live in I will continue to switch my future business to Weber Chevrolet and I’ll walk in looking for Chris thank you!! I must comment that I went through the service department and talked to a few other salesman and employees in the service department to ask them quick questions and have my truck get it’s initial servicing everyone at Weber Chevrolet was very friendly! The whole facility was very clean which is important in this day and age with everything going on one big thing that I noticed about this dealership is attention to detail, my salesman Chris even put brand new screws for my license plate to note one of the many ways they are attendant to detail which showed me they really pay attention to things and don’t leave any rock unturned and make sure everything is considered even if it’s the littlest thing VERY THANKFUL!!
