I have been with Don Ayres Honda since 2018 helping people get the vehicle they love and enjoy. I'm a Fort Wayne native, we spent some time out west growing up, L.A. and Phoenix. What a great experience. Growing up my Dad was a car salesman. He worked for Don Ayres Honda and retired from the company. So I knew when the opportunity came a long it was a good fit for me. Most of my working career has been in the restaurant business. In my free time I enjoy listening to music and playing Bass guitar, camping hiking and kayaking. I've always enjoyed working with customers and making their experience a positive one. That is important to me, to take care of the customer as I would want to be taken care of. The thing I like about the position I am in now, is we follow through with what we say we are going to do. We want to make sure your experience is pleasant and enjoyable and continue to take care of you in the long run and not just a lifetime customer, but also a long time friend.

I traded in my Honda CR-V last November 27, 2021 for a 2021 Passport. I appraised the CR-V online and it was valued at $36,000 (way above the $30,000 original price). It was good as new except for the scr 2021 Passport. I appraised the CR-V online and it was valued at $36,000 (way above the $30,000 original price). It was good as new except for the scratch on the right front bumper. I owned the CR-V for less than 8 months (April 9 to November 27), even the sales agent said it smelled like new! I even bought it weather proof mats and screen protector for the infotainment system. The dealership valued it for just less than $30,000 saying that KBB’s appraisal is fluctuated. Just now, I was checking for that same CR-V in the dealership website and they are now selling it for $36,000! Wow! I am actually duped! I should have sold it directly myself! I just felt deceived for the dealership’s appraisal of the CR-V. More

After agreeing to buy one of Don Ayres vehicles we waited to go back to sign for it. While back there, the man called me ignorant, made fun of my children and copped an attitude when I declined his sales pit to go back to sign for it.
