For brevity, I’ll simply use key bullet points: *A gremlin, as gremlins do, somehow disrupted my car’s systems thus rendering it inoperable. *I immediately phoned Jaime, my award-winning 5-Star Concierge. *Although it was his (well deserved) day off, Edson, another certified, skilled specialized member of the South Bay team, immediately dispatched, what I could best describe as a rescue unit, to effect a timely extraction. *Once reaching South Bay HQ, I was met with a team of Service Advisors. (reminds me of the ‘Pit Crews’ you would see at NASCAR and Formula1 races). *I then of course hit the (in-house) Starbucks Lounge – STARBUCKS FOLKS! *On occasion I enjoy the neighboring eateries, all within mere walking distance. *Gremlins were successfully, and humanely, sorted. *Their Car Detailing Teamwork was spot on as usual. *All services properly rendered – Done & Done. One of my favorite parts, though dreadful to some or several these days, was Payment Time! (dun dun dun) Well Kaila (payment dept.) took pleasure it seemed, in reminding me of my having signed on with every supplemental coverage and protection plan they currently offer. (a most gracious shout out to Anita btw) Total cost? 00,000.00. People, those donuts always go quite well with my Starbucks! You must try them, I insist. Seriously though, as you insure your person, home, etc. for the various contingencies in life, why not your valued INFINITI? Anita arranges a priceless peace of mind, with the assurance of your safety-net staying intact 24/7. Call, inquire, now! Works for me, since 2021. A very recent, rather unsettling example (since painlessly cured) I will gladly share in an upcoming update. (dun dun dun). More

Again, I'll say INFINITI of South Bay has been a 5-Star Spa - for ALL my automotive needs. JAIME ZAMORA, my new 5-Star Concierge, rendered spot on service in a very timely manner. Never buying or recommending purchasing ir serviceing a vehicle at tbis dealership. Not only did they damage my vehicle when I took it to have it serviced, they denied it. Both the service manager and the vehicle at tbis dealership. Not only did they damage my vehicle when I took it to have it serviced, they denied it. Both the service manager and the dealership manager refused to pull up camera footage to see that it did not have the damage when I drove up, I had to file a claim with my insurance after several failed attempts with both managers requesting a call back or investigation. When the vehicle inspection at the body shop was done, I also found out that there had been significant prior damage to the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle months earlier, I was told ( while signing documents that the vehicle did have " minor previous but had been repaired damage ". By law they have to reveal this at time of purchased, part of full disclosure. However, the damage had NOT been minor as stated. Also, sinxe I had screenshot the original ad of the vehicle purchase, I went back to it and in fact the ad did not reveal that prior accident info. Other dealerships ads did state " prior accident". This one purposely did not. So after having learned this deceit, I completly take back my 5 star experience with the sales department review for this dealership too. I give both the sales, and service a negative star review. I will take my business elsewhere. More
