Over the years I have tried to buy a Toyota from a dealership close to my home. It was not a good experience,to say the least. This was our second car-buying experience with Brian, and he was fantastic as usual! I emailed him with a wishlist for a vehicle to replace my wife's Tiguan, and he gave us outstanding options to review via he was fantastic as usual! When we went in to test drive the Crown Signia, he was incredibly knowledgable about the vehicle, and gave us all the time we needed to check it out thoroughly. We had our 3.5 and 2 year old children with us, and Brian was more than happy to entertain them. The entire process was great, and we are very thankful to Brian for his honesty and patience with us, and to Chris from the finance dept for getting us in and out as quick as possible. Couldn't recommend Brian highly enough to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
