There’s a reason why we went back! It hands down doesn’t get any better than Vernon Auto Group.This is the 2nd truck in less than 3 years I’ve bought from them( only because we had to u It hands down doesn’t get any better than Vernon Auto Group.This is the 2nd truck in less than 3 years I’ve bought from them( only because we had to upgrade for our camper) we also sent our parents to Vernon to buy their truck. We will be going back in a year or so when my wife’s car is paid off to get her a new suv as well. If a person knows what kind of vehicle they want it doesn’t get any easier. I literally bought this truck in the 30 min of spare time I have in the evenings over the course of a few days. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted, but they found several options for me in about 10 min. Vernon did everything in their power to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted. To make it even better, they drove it directly to me, and had everything that needed to be signed highlited, it took about 10 min to do that, and I was driving around in my new truck. My last three dealings with several dealerships in Santa Fe and Albuquerque New Mexico had left a very sour taste in my mouth. So much so that when a friend of mine found out I was in the market for a new truck he recommended Vernon Auto Group to me. Not only were they incredibly helpful in helping me pair down their extensive inventory to the trucks I would be interested in, they stayed in contact and assisted me in any way they could WITHOUT the high pressure one normally experiences in car dealerships. I cannot say enough great things about Junior, Chris, Ashley, Sheridan and the entire team at VAG . While we all reserve the right to choose who we sell to he refused to speak to me, he clicked me to voicemail several times and refused to answer emails despite my very polite request to get on the phone to understand why my registering the car out of state made him feel like the transaction was “not on the up and up”. A company that claims to have stellar customer service should actually service customers not ignore them. While his sales guy Morgan could not have been nicer it’s clearly difficult for line staff to excel when their leadership is hamstringing them. I employ 25 sales people in an unrelated industry if my manager behaved this way I’d fire him or her. The example set is counter to the stated mission but more importantly as a customer it’s imposisble to believe this group actually values customers when it treats us like a disposable commodity that deserves being dismissed. More
