I purchased a truck from this dealership in May and, four months later, they still have not delivered the title. The General Manager, Chris, refuses to return voicemails and takes no responsibility for the d months later, they still have not delivered the title. That lack of accountability shows poor leadership and a complete breakdown in communication. Additionally, they shorted me one of the keys that was pictured in the sales listing. This dealership has proven itself to be nothing more than the stereotype of shady used car sales associates. At this point, I've had to file a claim with the Texas DMV and escalate the issue to Sonic Automotive's parent company, to try to recover what I legally paid for. Buyers beware: if this is how they treat customers after the sale, imagine what else they cut corners on. UPDATE: The GM, Chris, finally reached out to me about all the issues with the purchase. He took care of the missing key from the sale so that I now have two keys for the truck, as well as a small token of his apology for the way things went. Issue is resolved, but I still waited four months for a title. More
