Everyone was very helpful, I arrived a bit early and was still taken care of no problems. Shuttle service was also amazing. Not a very nice customer waiting room. Frank Subaru’s waiting area is amazing as well as their customer service. I was waiting in the waiting room but for some reason I got a phone call te Frank Subaru’s waiting area is amazing as well as their customer service. Also when I got there for my appointment I had a wait awhile for someone to come help me and check me in for my service appointment. I think you could do much to improve your customer service and waiting room! My service agent was very nice tho. More

First time at Bob Baker service center. Took my 2019 Forrester in for oil change and check out. I bought this vehicle used a year ago at a Lexus dealership. Booked appointment by phone. Met Took my 2019 Forrester in for oil change and check out. I bought this vehicle used a year ago at a Lexus dealership. Booked appointment by phone. Met by professional staff and work completed in bit over an hour. Service rep went over details of what was done and condition of vehicle. My experience was first class treatment. Wife could not believe how affordable this was vs what we normally pay at other dealerships for similar work on different makes of cars. No attempt to push more expensive optional work. I left happy and impressed! More

Easy to schedule, fast service (12k maintenance in under 2 hours). Very polite techs. Customer lounge has cubicles with WiFi, free coffee and snacks, and when finished my car had been washed.
