The WORST dealership EVER! I went to service my car there and literally NOTHING I asked for was done! I called and spoke to FOUR different service reps and they ALL verified that the proper service was getti and literally NOTHING I asked for was done! I called and spoke to FOUR different service reps and they ALL verified that the proper service was getting done. When I went to pick up my car, they did absolutely NOTHING! excellent service work was completed just wish they cleared all the problems the tire service light was still on when i took the car . was unable to get my nys inspecti work was completed just wish they cleared all the problems the tire service light was still on when i took the car . was unable to get my nys inspection they should have ran the car until all items were cleared in the computer and the inspection could have been given . but that being said the staff was very nice and courteous and explained everything they did and was quoted a price for the work prior to doing it just wish they took care of all the items while they had the car in the service dept .
