Staff was friendly the moment we walked in. Although I never went in with the intention of buying a NEW car, he never pressured us to do that, he simply showed us what all of our options would be based on the information we had provided him and I think he found us the best option and am very pleased. I canceled a service contract in March because my car was totaled. I still have not received the refund in 2 1/2 months later, even though the dealerships paid in April by the warranty service. Chris does n totaled. I still have not received the refund in 2 1/2 months later, even though the dealerships paid in April by the warranty service. Chris does not respond to emails. Unprofessional. When I call to get more information, the phone is rarely answered. The one time I reached someone about estimated timing (Jake), I received no solid information, and he seemed annoyed by my question. $1700 is a lot of money to wait for when you have to replace a crunched car. So they are great when you are giving them money but suck if you need money back. Be warned. More
