They need to stop being so stingy you guys took away the complimentary Car Wash and free vacuum, and 25 isn't enough to add the service department is in good shape the very polite received the area well cle complimentary Car Wash and free vacuum, and 25 isn't enough to add the service department is in good shape the very polite received the area well clean snacks and drinks provided for waiting customers which is good the person who worked on my car really good guy polite whoever is in charge of the entire facility though seems to be wanting to cut Corners by eliminating the complimentary wash and vacuum which should not be a big deal and at the same time he's taking someone's job from them which I'm not too happy with and, Chris Boswell I felt like I was taking advantage of because I was new to car buying and he did whatever he could to get me in a car didn't explain everything fairly well didn't give me options was like my back was against the wall with him More

Great deal but finance not so good I had a deal though Kia In lake wales at Dyer Kia I was approve on same car as I purchased from your dealership. I was approved through Kia finance at I had a deal though Kia In lake wales at Dyer Kia I was approve on same car as I purchased from your dealership. I was approved through Kia finance at 8.54 % When I gave your dealer ship a chance to earn my business your sales person was awesome the manager desked me a deal and the payment was 15 dollars more on a less sales price the from dyer Kia I questioned this when I got in to finance I signed work sheet with huger payment when I mentioned this to finance girl she said on no that’s what Kia gave you.being a used car manager and sales manager go 25 years I said I’ll sign and now because of this I am going to refinance through my credit union. I’m no sure how Kia approved me there at Dyer for 8.5 %but for some reason it was 2 point higher I guess you will do anything to get finance #s so for that reason I will leave a google review and wait for Kias Survey to convey my concerns . sincerely Robert Robinson More
