I stumbled upon it when I needed a key programed, and they were so welcoming I recently got a car from them. Ramon in the Sales department was exactly the type of person I wanted to a get a vehicle from. He was not pushy, and made me feel comfortable to continue the process. If he was pushy I would have not gotten a car from this dealership. Ramon was in constant communication with me as I prepared to obtain the vehicle. I was preparing to buy it for over two weeks, and he would answer any question that came to mind. I also had my old car serviced while I was going through the new car process, and they are always amazing in that department as well. I will include all the names from all my visits in the last year. Gunner was the service advisor I worked with during this process, and he was nothing short of amazing. He would come to the sales department to discuss what was going on with my old car, and advised me on services perfectly. The only complaint I have with anything is the high priced add-ons for the vehicle. I would have gotten a few if they weren't double Honda's MSRP. More

Beyond my expectations! Quite honestly, I do not like working with salesmen. Why? They're pushy, can be rude, don't listen to what I ask for (sometimes I also feel it's bec Quite honestly, I do not like working with salesmen. Why? They're pushy, can be rude, don't listen to what I ask for (sometimes I also feel it's because I am a woman), and are so hell bent on making the sale that they forget about the customer. I have never, in all of my years of working with salesmen had an experience like the one I had at Honda with Eddie Sanchez and Chris Barrera. I was listened to, heard, wasn't brushed off and not spoken to (although my boyfriend was there for support), and most importantly I wasn't pushed. They worked with me, and although the price range was slightly above my budget, I was able to see the value in breaking the budget just a little bit, and they met me halfway with it. I actually walked out of there smiling for the first time, and truly excited about my purchase, whereas other times I get a knot in my stomach and wonder if I did the right thing. Not this time! I'm super excited about my first Honda! Another thing that added to the customer service were the little details - if it's raining out, there are umbrellas at the door for you; everyone was so nice and always asked if you'd like a beverage "coffee or water?" They even took it a step further with asking me if I wanted room temp or cold water. That was a first!; and during our finalization, a gentleman came out and chatted with us for a moment. When he heard the line of business my boyfriend was in, he sat with us and was truly engaged in a conversation with him about his business. They both had quite a bit in common they came to realize, and he was just a very kind and genuine man. When we left, we kind of wondered who this man was that we were talking to and had a great conversation with....it was the GM! Normally you don't get a GM to come out and chat with you, but this one did! THAT was the icing on the cake. He was not arrogant, showed his true interest, and never once boasted about who he was and what he does. That is what great customer service is all about! All in all, we had an amazing experience and for that, we will be referring all of our friends and family to Valley Honda. Thank you all for restoring my faith in salesmen! Well done guys! More

great customer service Overall great experience with this dealership. Eddie took care of us the first visit and took us on test drive of a new Civic. We came back the next day and Chris was great at taking over, showing us all the features of the Civic we chose. Randall kept his promise to take care of us quickly and efficiently on the business end of the transaction. Would highly recommend this team and very happy with our first Honda purchase! More

We have purchased four vehicles from Valley Honda, and have been very pleased every time. The selection, service and deals really can't be beat. We recommend them to everyone we know. More

World Class Customer Service makes all the difference! I've bought a lot of new cars over the years. It can be a real beating. I've come to expect unprofessional behavior from poorly trained people struggl I've bought a lot of new cars over the years. It can be a real beating. I've come to expect unprofessional behavior from poorly trained people struggling to fleece me before I got up to leave. That's exactly what's waiting for you at most dealerships. Last night, I had the pleasure of buying a 2018 CRV from a guy who should have a PHD in Honda knowledge, Chris Barrera. Beyond that, he eliminated all of the traditional friction of the transaction by getting down to business immediately and courteously. His demeanor could not have been more pleasant as he managed the negotiation flawlessly and with the utmost of respect for my goals and budget. Sales Manager James Kirpanos could not have been more polite and professional in securing my business and Finance Manager Randall Rosen made me feel like I was their most important customer as he wrapped up my deal with a genuine concern that I had everything I needed at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Who are these guys??? It was surreal! This is not only the most architecturally beautiful Honda store I've ever set foot in, but these guys are from another planet in the way they handle themselves.
