I called my bank and they said that had the same experience with that dealer and there is nothing they could do. BEWARE! More

I was pleased with my purchase of a used car until I got home and reviewed the paperwork that had been loaded on a thumb drive. My pleasant experience was dashed when I saw that the financial representative home and reviewed the paperwork that had been loaded on a thumb drive. My pleasant experience was dashed when I saw that the financial representative had placed and additional five thousand dollars worth of warranties on the purchase order! This was nothing less than out and out fraud. The representative should be arrested for his deceitful practices. These were added without my knowledge or consent. The whole experience went from joy to anger in one fell swoop. One would think that Hollywood KIA would want to close a deal that is a positive one for the customer so that he or she would want to come back to the dealer the next time a car purchase is considered. Be warned and on guard for this when you purchase your car. I was able to resolve the issue, but the anger still persists. More
