Upon entering the dealership I felt welcomed! I was guided to salesman, Hunter, and he was very pleasant to do business with. William took good care of me while I was there and was very kind, their online payment calculator and advertisements are very misleading. The sales rep Steven was respectful and kind but has a lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. Their prices are higher than other dealerships and they tact on fees but c lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. They were the only dealership that had the exact Palisade I wanted so they had me where they wanted to do to speak. Thankfully I got a quote before going and made them honor the lower price. I can't recommend this dealership. More

Steve was a respectful and kind sales rep but has a lot to learn. This dealership was the Only one within 50 miles of me with the Palisade I wanted. So I was stuck. I Highly recommend getting a quote bef to learn. This dealership was the Only one within 50 miles of me with the Palisade I wanted. So I was stuck. I Highly recommend getting a quote before going because they will not offer that price. Everything is misleading, fees are added/required but listed as Optional, and VIP means Nothing here. The price they offer is Not what is on the website. They start explaining that you can only get that price with this percentage rate with no rebates, etc. It is Very confusing if you aren't paying attention. Thankfully, I Was!! They are Very pushy!!! I didn't appreciate that. Yes, I went on the last day of the month because it was the first available day for us. But I didn't appreciate the pressure to buy that day. The manager kept saying he doesn't know what changes will come for June. But again, there was only one I could find, so I was stuck. Also, my vehicle was Not cleaned. We removed 7+ stickers/protective plastic pieces when we got home. Floor mats were not cleaned. Fingerprints were all over the vehicle. I'll never shop here again or recommend it. More
