Sales staff let us alone after greeting us we looked over lot and found the used car and mileage we were looking for. They were professional and not pushy like some dealerships can be. When I got the truck home to Maine I took it to be inspected and two out of the four tires fail our state inspection criteria. I recently financed the vehicle through Tim’s Truck Capital and when I brought it to my personal mechanic, He noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. I had a 30 day warranty that came with th Capital and when I brought it to my personal mechanic, He noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. I had a 30 day warranty that came with the truck, but I was over by the mileage of 1000 miles. The first chance they had, I brought it up to Tim’s schedule an appointment with the service department and Amber scheduled me an appointment and within a few days I had all my problems fixed, and Tim’s Truck Capital took care of the bill. I am super happy with their service. I would highly recommend to my friends and family to make their next purchase from Tim’s Truck Capital . More
