The greenway Kia on west colonial is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who trust the dealer to share accurate information. Because they don’t they hold your car and avoid your calls at all cost. Had my car since 2019 took my car faithful for 4 years they never told me it’s too early for oil change. They always took my money and never educated me that I did not need an oil change and that my car was running low on oil. It took me to go outside of Kia for a oil change to be educated that my car had a leak if it was not for Valvoline telling me they were no longer going to keep putting oil in my car until I had it checked out I would have never got my engine replace the runaround they gave me was unbelievable. I could go on, but I would just stop for now because I feel like the world the whole Orlando Florida needs to know how bad they are and if you are a single mother or a single man or female, don’t go there if you trust me, trusting your dealer, they cannot be trusted and they don’t care nothing about you More

On Aug 5, I brought my car in for a windshield wiper repair at 11:30 AM. Tony told me I had to leave my car for days until 3 PM, then updated me at 4 PM that I’d need to bring it back another day. They didn’t have the part and were waiting on my warranty. He promised to call me before 1 PM the next day with an update never did. On Aug 15, I got a random text saying an appointment was set for Aug 19 at 9:30 AM no call, no confirmation to check my availability.Mine you that’s 10 days later.Back in Nov 2024, I had a similar bad experience with him (Tony) rushed out, nothing explained about the diagnostics, and the car started making a weird noise on the way home to late to take it back. I called multiple times, spoke to Maria, and was told my advisor would call me back never happened today is August 2025🙂. When I scheduled my appointment this Aug 5 with Maria front desk lady. I specifically said I did NOT want Tony as my advisor yet I still got Tony. I’ve been coming here since 2022 and used to have great experiences, especially with the Haitian advisor with dreadlocks (he transferred) and Advisor Jessica, who always gave updates within the first hour. At this point, I don’t know if this place is under new management now, The communication is terrible and it feels like no one cares about customer concerns anymore. It’s time to take my business elsewhere. More

Totally disrespectful to lie to you in the face saying that 1 tire calibration takes 1 hour, 6 hours for a simple 2 tire mounting and rotation, then saying the machine was down, wasted my whole day at the that 1 tire calibration takes 1 hour, 6 hours for a simple 2 tire mounting and rotation, then saying the machine was down, wasted my whole day at the dealership even that I returned, when he mentioned 3 hours. I gave a low rating because of your service department. I dropped my car off June 23, and, didn't get it back until Aug 1. I was treated with horrific disrespect! You can't leave anyone there a message because it always goes to error.if not for the general manager I do not believe I would've received my car on Aug 1. Because of this treatment I will NEVER buy another Kia. More

My car has been sitting at the KIA shop for 3 months just to replace a cluster under warranty. They keep lying to me.
