Unanswered calls, and texts, and, when you did reach someone, disrespect.. You can't leave anyone there a message because it always goes to error.if not for the general manager I do not believe I would've received my car on Aug 1. Because of this treatment I will NEVER buy another Kia.

I do not see anything to discuss with you. Shame on you for treating people the way you treated me. People need to know what is going on with their vehicles. That is no crime. I was given dates when my car would be ready, I tried and tried to call you, but, had to call the sales department so they could walk over a message from me. Then, when she called back, her response was ( at 3:00 p.m.) "the day isnt over yet is it". I never got a call back, and, had to find a ride there the next day because your system doesnt allow messages to be left. I had to have a "meeting," with 4 of your service team just to get you to check my engine. And thats after i told you my mechanic said it was the engine. When i said that, i was told "you trust a mechanic over Kia technecians?" It was the engine, and, i believe you dragged your feet getting correct information to Kia Corp. to hold up the repair!
Really appreciated all the help and on point salesmanship
