Fantastic experience from start to finish working with the Garavel team to purchase my new Jeep! I have worked in the car business for 10 years for a Luxury brand and had very high expectations. From the moment I emailed Garavel with my interest in a new vehicle I was provided with extraordinary care and attention starting with Kerri Pace who was very responsive to my inquiries by email and helped me schedule my appointment. This left me with a great first impression and the rest of the team certainly followed up strong from there on out. When I arrived Kerri greeted me and introduced me to salesperson Rami Masoud who helped me learn about the new vehicle I was interested in and pick out the right one for my needs. He worked with his managers Sal Iodice and Charles McElroy to iron out a deal that made me happy. Rami efficently guided me through the process of syncing my bluetooth, phone and various included services to my new Jeep while the finance manager Dorota Stankiewicz prepared all the final paperwork. Dorota was a true professional and carefully led me through all the tedious but required paperwork to trade in my car for my new Jeep answering all my questions along the way. By the time we were done the car had come out of the detail department and it was perfect!. Before I left Rami was sure to point out a few favorite features of the vehicle I chose for which I was very appreciative.. it was the icing on the cake. The team was great and was very respectful of my limited window of time as well. Hands down the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend anyone to Garavel with no hesitation. They will treat you like a friend and make you part of the family! Thank you! More
