We knew which car we wanted and Dominic took us right to it. He made us feel very comfortable! We took a drive around and enjoyed the ride. We had to go sign papers. Charles was impersonal and and I uncom it. He made us feel very comfortable! We took a drive around and enjoyed the ride. We had to go sign papers. Charles was impersonal and and I uncomfortable in his office. We are pleased with the car. But we received no title and im still upset about that. All in all, Dominic was very friendly, knowledgeable, and it was a great experience. But I still want the title??? More

Lakeland Volkswagen has always been a pleasure to work with. It's frustrating when you need service on your vehicle, but Lakeland VW has figured out how to remove as much friction from the process as poss with. I appreciate that they take the time to break down realistic time frames for the service and any potential issues that may arise once they get my vehicle on the lift. The thing I love most about my experiences (I have been a Lakeland VW customer for almost 7 years) is the integrity that follows each interaction. They say what they are going to do, and they follow through with it. That will always get 5 stars in my book More
