Okay, so as a young girl who literally knows nothing about cars (like… I barely know how to pop a hood), I was fully prepared to be stressed, confused, and maybe cry once or twice. But Capitol Toyota said absolutely not and turned this whole thing into the easiest, most fun experience ever. Shane, my salesperson, was AMAZING. He walked me through everything step by step, explained things in actual human language, and never made me feel dumb for asking the most basic questions. He was patient, kind, and seriously the best. Then I met Chandler, the finance manager, and he was incredible. He made all the scary money stuff make sense and didn’t judge me for asking 500 questions. He was kind, honest, and super easy to understand. And Curry, the used car manager? ICONIC. He made sure the car I picked was perfect and that I felt confident driving off the lot… which is huge, because normally I question every decision I make. I walked in clueless and walked out with a car I LOVE, feeling like a fully functioning adult for once. Capitol Toyota is that dealership. If you’re young, confused, broke, scared whatever go here. I'm from New Jersey and unfortunately totaled my car on the way down to visit family in Tennessee. I had a 3-day window to buy a car to get home after Thanksgiving and Capital Toyota made it happen in one of the most seamless car-buying experiences I've had. Mama D found the car for me and passed along the info with superb customer service, and really wanted to know my needs. Luke Hefner helped sell the car to me and this guy knew his stuff, even getting a guy from the service staff to check out the car and test drive with me. Every person from the team that I interacted with had integrity and genuinely cared about selling me a good car within my price range in the short window of time I had. I cannot recommend Capital Toyota enough, and while I know my car is going to last me a long time, I'd strongly consider going all the way down to Chattanooga just to buy a car from them again. More
