Chad called us back quickly after our initial online application which we submitted late on a Friday. He called us the next day and by early Saturday afternoon we had our approval. We signed all our paper work Monday morning and our truck was ready by Monday afternoon. He even offered to deliver it to us. He made the whole process easy and put us at ease right away.
