From start to finish, the process was smooth and straightforward. Nobody was overly salesy or pushy, which I really appreciated. They were willing to work with me to get to the numbers I was expecting, and everything felt very fair, both on the price of the vehicle and the trade-in value for my truck. Nate in particular was awesome to work with. He’s very personable, has a great personality, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Buying a car should be fun, not feel like a hassle, and that’s exactly what he delivered. What really stood out was how efficient everything was. I was in and out in just a couple hours, including negotiations, getting the car detailed, and completing all the finance paperwork. Overall my experience was very nice. everybody did their job as expected. Gabriel was a great guy excellent sales rep. to work with. He was very informative. We went on a test drive in the ridgeline sport and it was everything unexpected. We even went to In-N-Out Burgers, & he bought lunch, what a guy! However, we did have to make a trip down to my house to pick up a Honda motorcycle that was included in the trade-in. We brought it back to the dealership and it was accounted for Gabriel and Colin assisted me in offloading it for my trailer, at that point it went on its new journey. I will have to say that my only protest with this vehicle purchase is that I was charged an exorbitant fee for a coating that is applied to my vehicle. Something I’ve experienced with other dealerships over the years. They all charge this. personally I think it’s a scam possibly a way to get a little bit more of a commission but just my opinion. I don’t think it’s fair but it’s part of buying a new vehicle even used vehicle vehicles are charged for this exterior coating. The dealership was professional.
