Chad in sales and Luis in service, as always were great. I have been a customer for 6 years and planned to simply swap the car at the end of its lease, find a new one (same make and model) and continue for I have been a customer for 6 years and planned to simply swap the car at the end of its lease, find a new one (same make and model) and continue for another 3 years. However based on the sharp sales practices coming out of the glass office, and the way in which Jerry the Sales Director virtually throw me out of the dealership I will not by from BMW SRQ again. I did call BMW finance and resolved everything in less than 15 mins over the phone. I have bought out the lease and will be heading to Jaguar to purchase a new E-Pace, with the BMW as trade-in/deposit. More
