Ryan was one of the best sales individuals I’ve met working on a sales process getting a vehicle. The Herb Chambers Kia repair center, specifically Cesar, was very helpful, transparent and honest with the process on getting my car fixed, which I appreciated. The issues with my car was not a dealership i was very helpful, transparent and honest with the process on getting my car fixed, which I appreciated. I will always take my cars to herbchambers Kia of Burlington. They treat me with the upmost respect and honesty sa my wife actually went in to the dealer for an oil change and Cesar told her she did Burlington. They treat me with the upmost respect and honesty sa my wife actually went in to the dealer for an oil change and Cesar told her she did not actually need it. My wife said that the dash was telling her she was well overdue and Cesar explained that she hadn’t gone enough miles and reset the dash for her, I know a lot of other places would’ve just change the oil. I went up the other day because I had a flat tire and they had no appointments as they were booked straight out But once again they fit me in and took care of me, I would recommend this place to all my family and friends! More
