Caesar should not be in customer service. He’s rude and he speaks down to woman. I’ve dealt with him many times and all were unpleasant. You charged us $159. 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason every once in a while so you can profit off us when there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle? Totally ridiculous! Why not have a recall and mitigate the problem with the light coming on FOR NO REASON!!! More
