My car was brought in for recalls. Cesar was very professional and helpful. My wait time was under the minimum time they thought they would need the car. My only disappointment was KI Cesar was very professional and helpful. My wait time was under the minimum time they thought they would need the car. My only disappointment was KIA Headquarters said I would get a loaner due to the recall being a safety issue. When I called to make the appointment I was told they do not have loaners. So basically you either have to get a ride or sit there. I’m I was an hour away. But Cesar was a great guy and not his fault for the dealership’s rules. More
