I had an excellent experience at Dover Honda. I was so impressed with everyone I spoke with from start to finish. Great people to deal with. Our salesman, Rick Santos, was very knowledgable about the different makes of the Honda CRV. We went to the dealership just to look at the vehicles and left trading my 2020 CRV -EXL for a brand new 2026 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring vehicle. They worked with us on the trade and the price of the new vehicle. This is our second car that we have purchased at Dover Honda. I will definately return to this dealership for future Honda purchases. More

Alecia personally was professional, attentive to my concerns and recommended services that were also needed. Alecia kept me advised of the status of how long the service would take, and offered me vesi concerns and recommended services that were also needed. I never knew how long the troubleshooting and repair would take. she called me several times providing updates on the status several times. I've dealt with a lot of service representatives and by far Alecia was top of the list.
