Yesterday we accepted delivery of our BMW X3 and the process could not have gone smoother. The deal we made a month and a half ago was kept to the penny and never had to raise any concerns or issues reg process could not have gone smoother. We will be using the services of the "tech" who will come to our home to help us complete and set up our features. Just too much to absorb during the purchase process. More

We started out speaking with Ralph DelGaudio on the phone regarding an auto we were interested in on the internet. He very helpful and answered all of our questions, then turned us over to Anatoliy. What a s regarding an auto we were interested in on the internet. He very helpful and answered all of our questions, then turned us over to Anatoliy. What a smooth experience he made for us! We drove 5 hours to the dealership to purchase the car. Anatoliy had all of our paperwork ready and the car spotlessly detailed. The dealership was incredible... clean, neat, huge and most accommodating, even letting us bring our dog inside! Anatoliy then introduced us to Catherine, the Business Manager, who also had all of our financial paperwork ready for us. Anatoliy then brought us back to the car and showed us how everything worked, hooked up our phone and went through all of the technology the car had to offer. I can honestly say we have never been so impressed with a dealership, EVER! Thank you to all, it was worth the drive... you are all truly professionals! More

Finally, Cathy Ferry processed the paperwork quickly and explained the information in detail. Cathy did the initial finance intake process by telephone and had everything ready for purchase.
