It was time for upgrading from our 2002 RAV4. Wanted the same sized car but the new RAV4s are bigger. Cassie let us drive one of them and I wasn’t comfortable with it. Then she showed us the Cros Wanted the same sized car but the new RAV4s are bigger. Cassie let us drive one of them and I wasn’t comfortable with it. Then she showed us the Cross. Perfect. We drove it around and it felt right. She was very easy to work with and we are exceedingly happy with our new 2026 Corolla Cross. She even followed up by calling us to see how we felt after a couple of days. No regrets. Still getting used to it and setting it up but that’s standard procedure. Thanks Cassie. More
