As I said previously, he scheduled me at 7 o’clock and you don’t have technicians till eight. When I ask about this, they said, unfortunately, it happened before. I mentioned that that was poor management. If you don’t know something’s happening, you can’t fix it. If you know something is happening and don’t fix it that’s on management. And now I get my fourth or fifth request to review again poor management. That’s the reason I have lowered my rating of you. It wasn’t for the service rider who helped me getthe work done I’d give you a one or two. More
