I have always had a nice experience at this dealership but this visit was exceptional. Due to a mistake on my part when scheduling I in fact did not have a slot reserved. Got there at 3 pm for a scheduled service. I was the last person to leave at 5:35 pm. However they do a good job and did the following things: inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and change I was the last person to leave at 5:35 pm. However they do a good job and did the following things: inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and changed key fob batteries. I trust this shop and the guys working but I think their scheduling needs to be more on point. And they need an office person that actually stays in the office. I would still return because of the trust I have in the mechanics. More
