The finances were handled in a professional and timely manner by Michelle Nordquist who had all paper work promptly completed and who took the time to explain each aspect of the transaction, As prior customers over the years we were welcomed back. Management of our financial needs were professionally handled by Larry Graberstein and Drew Litherland that enabled us to purchase not one but two vehicles. We were extremely pleased that this team work permitted everyone to walk away with a fair and reasonable deal. The product of course speaks for itself. Michelle was also extremely helpful with financing and was also very friendly. Although we were buying a used car that was certainly on the low price spectrum for this dealership, and not a high-end Mercedes that is clearly their bread and butter, we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. The free lunch at a local restaurant was quite a nice touch. More
