He knew I was looking at several different vehicles and Mercedes was not originally my first choice. He did not pressure me to buy Mercedes, but kept me informed of availability of the car I wanted. He informed me of the USAA Car Buying incentives, and there was no hastle or discussion on price. Casey spent the time looking for the exact car I wanted, did not presure me, and made sure I was happy with it before driving off the lot. Other thant he fact it is a great car, in the end, I bought a Mercedes because of the incentives USAA had for the E-class. I bought it from Mercedes-benz of Annapolis because of the friendly service Casey provided. I had pre-approved financing with USAA, but Casey and Michelle worked with their bank, and they were able to get me a better rate on the same loan. When I picked up the car, everything was explained in explicit detail, and they both made sure I left with a smile and no questions. I will recommend Mercedes-benz of Annapolis to anyone interested in a Mercedes. More

I came in to Mercedes of Annapolis to check out a Toyota Camry the dealership had received via trade in. Casey Duffy was the sales person who helped me with the whole process. The hospitality I received was beyond reproach (especially considering I was purchasing a used off brand vehicle). After taking the car on a test drive I still needed to discuss the purchase with my wife. Casey offered to bring the car to my house so my wife could test drive the car. With two small children this was quite a convenience and what I would describe as above expectations on a customer service level. This also took place on a Friday at the end of Casey's shift and I'm sure it ended up adding some extra time to his day. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The price offered on the vehicle was extremely fair which led to a no haggle purchase. Michele Mitchell helped with all the financing and final paperwork. She was very nice to work with and we were able to get all the paper work completed in a very short amount of time. All in all the customer service, friendliness, and over all experience were at the highest level of excellence. I would highly recommend visiting Casey and Michele at Mercedes of Annapolis for your next car. More
