Do yourself a favor & RUN. Spent the better part of a day just trying to get ANYONE to pick up the phone or actually call us back. Once we finally talked to the sales manager ( Spent the better part of a day just trying to get ANYONE to pick up the phone or actually call us back. Once we finally talked to the sales manager (Zach) we were told that the deal we made with our sales person wasn’t actually valid while being very unprofessional & trying to gaslight us. We pressed to have the general manager call us back. Casey did call us & unfortunately his customer service matched Zach’s. Finally after he laughed at us & told us that he had multiple local couples interested in the car we had a came into town to test drive last weekend & we had purchase agreement on (text proof, thankfully) he decided to do his job & check with the sales person. Then & only then did anyone from this dealership speak to us with any sort of composure & respect. He wanted to let us know that he’d go ahead & do the deal THEY HAD ALREADY AGREED TO! Pass. If this is how they treat you before any money has exchanged hands I can only imagine the treatment we would have gotten afterward. More
