Matt helped smooth out a situation with the service center. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Great leadership and took care of the issue in a timely manner. That all being said... your service center is horrid. Didn’t know how to look for certain pieces of my warranty... didn’t bother to check into my certified pre-owned status... just told me it wasn’t there. I was also told, extremely sarcastically, that there is no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty.. i don’t complain much, as I work in a customer service/sales environment, but be glad you have people like Carrie and Matt who FAR outweigh the negatives of your service center More

When we got home and in doing another walk around and removing water spots and lint left on vehicle discovered two chip dings. Called and emailed Carrie about this on Saturday. This should of been caught and brought to our attention when vehicle was presented to us. We also ended up attaching the attenna, this too should of been done. We also question block heater. Isn't this required for vehicles sold in MN? Rating is not dinged because of poor detailing. We feel confident that you will address chip dings and block heater to our satisfaction. We have been a customer of your dealership since 2012. We puchased a truck from you in 2012 and this is our third leased vehicled. We keep coming back because we have been pleased with past experience in purchasing, leasing, and general vehicle service maintenance. More
