I have to say, working specifically through D&M—and more specifically, Carlos—might be a game changer for me. This was the most pleasant “car buying” experience I’ve ever been through in my 40 years. I might not ever go back after this. Carlos was prompt, thorough, detailed, and an extremely good communicator. They did all of the shopping for me and even found several viable (and beautiful) options. They provided multiple options for financing for each one. They shipped it in from another region. They took care of inspecting it. They took care of manufacturer service bulletins. They changed the oil and topped everything off. They detailed it. They showed me the few tiny blemishes it had and then offered to touch them up professionally (it was gently used). They even drove it to me from over an hour and a half away. I now have a vehicle that’s exciting to drive, perfect for my family, AND they saved me $200 a month over what I had been paying on my last vehicle. To say I’m “happy” with the whole experience doesn’t even begin to describe it. I will be recommending Carlos and D&M Leasing to every person I come into contact with from here on out.
