Mr. Carlos and Miss Shae are the DYNAMIC DUO. Though a five-time Toyota owner, I explored Bondy's SPECIFICALLY, upon advice of a very satisfied customer and fellow physician. I turned 81 and needed to trade my beloved Highlander for a pickup truck to better meet my "retirement" outdoor recreational needs - mainly Kayak transport. I walked in, was led immediately by Shae to talk with Mr. Carlos, himself. He listened attentively to my wants and needs, had in mind a crew cab Nissan Frontier, took me for a drive in it, and within two hours, paperwork was completed, and my new ride and I were headed home. Precious Shae even transferred a load of "stuff" from my old car/"home office" to the truck and removed license plates. Mr. Carlos called this morning to see if all were fine! YES!
